On-line Booking

Ocean is a secure on-line reminder and booking system our office is implementing.

Patient information is always kept private. When our office sends patients a secure e-mail, either with forms or appointment reminders and/or confirmations, responses are encrypted from end-to-end.

Please note all appointments booked on-line are *in-office* appointments.

We do not accommodate phone appointments unless previously agreed upon, please contact the office if you are unsure.

Paperwork appointments CANNOT be booked on-line, please contact the office to book.

Booking Instructions:

• Oceans will prompt you for your name displayed on your Ontario Health Card, Health Card Number and your date of birth

• You will select the provider you are trying to book with (currently, on-line booking is only available for Dr. Yu)

• Select which kind of visit you would like in-office: either a new issue, follow up or routine injection and short description

• Select your preferred time and date

• If you have an e-mail entered on your chart with us, you will receive a 1 week reminder and a 1 day reminder

• Please note due to time constraints only 2 items are allowed to be discussed per appointment, anything additional will require another appointment. Please be curteous of other patients appointment times
